Cancellation and Modification Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
Within two hours of making an order, you can cancel or change it. Please be aware that cancellations will be subject to a management, processing, and transaction fee of 5% of your entire purchase value. Only replacements of orders are subject to full refunds.
1. Standard Shipping
If you need to modify your order, please get in touch with us via our support email.
- Free changes or cancellations within 0–2 hours.
- Cancellation within 2 to 12 hours:
- Fee for cancellation: $5 per item.
- Changes to personalization, color, and size are subject to a $5 fee per item (note that some changes are not possible).
- Alteration of address: Free modification (Note: You cannot modify the mailing address for some goods).
12 Hours:
- Order cancellation is not possible.
- Changes to personalization, color, and size are subject to a $5 per item fee (please note that changes may only be made before to shipment).
- Alteration of address: Free modification (Note: Modifications may only be performed before to shipment).

Modification Policy
Please send an email to [email protected] with your order number and the desired alteration if you decide to return your item. Once the adjustment or cancellation has been handled, we will confirm.
Within two hours after placing, orders may be changed or cancelled. Orders are locked for processing beyond this point and cannot be modified or canceled.
Please note:
- Following order completion, personalized orders are locked for processing, making changes occasionally impossible. Check everything twice before placing your purchase.
- Delivery timeframes may be affected by design changes, especially around holidays.
